In alignment with this commitment, our elevated processes and Team Member training have been developed, to help our guests enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay from check-in to check-out. New standards have been rolled out to ensure that every room and apartment room has thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after check in, with new “knock and go” dropped-off room service, and flexible housekeeping options.
